Registration

The registration form for the Symposium comprises two parts:

  • Registration and accommodation (form A)
  • Grant request (form B) - Deadline expired

The forms are PDF files. They must be fulfilled using Acrobat Reader® 6 (or superior); if you need, you can download a Macintosh version (MacOSX) and a Windows version.
Each form has a submit button with the purpose of prepare the relevant information to be send to the Organising Committee using your regular e-mail software. Please, leave the subject field with no modification. You can use the text field to send us any necessary information. All received forms will be verified; a reception confirmation message will be send to each participant.

Notes:

(i) ProGEO member registration:
The reduced fee will be applied to ProGEO members with the 2005 membership paid at the moment of registration (based on ProGEO Treasurer certification).

(ii) Student registration:
The reduced fee will be applied to students under 25 years old and to researchers working full time for an advanced degree (e.g. M.Sc., Ph.D.) at the time of registration. Those wishing to register at the student fee must attach to the registration form a photocopy of their current student card or a copy of another ID document to prove the age and the student status. A certification letter signed by the research supervisor will be also accepted.

(iii) Accompanying member:
Children under 15 years old pay 50% of the accompanying member fee.

Regular, ProGEO member, and Student registration includes: Participation in all the sessions of the conference programme; Volume of abstracts; Welcome party; Lunches (September 13, 14, 15, and 16); Visit to Braga old-town.

Accompanying person registration includes: Welcome party; Lunches (September 13, 14, 15, and 16); Visit to Braga and Guimarães old towns. If justified, a special social program may be proposed for children registered as accompanying person.
