Accommodation bookings will be handled strictly in order of arrival. There are a limited number of rooms available. Mundiclasse should always be informed of any changes about the bookings.
Accommodation booking conditions:
For reservations until August 15, 2005 a deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid at reservation time. The total amount must be paid until August 30, 2005.
For reservations after August 15 the total amount must be paid at reservation time.
Accommodation cancellations:
Before 30 days prior to accommodation date there are no penalisations with cancellation.
From 30 to 15 days prior to accommodation date any cancellation will be penalized with 50% of the total amount. From 14 days until accommodation date, any cancellation will be penalized with 100% of the total amount.
Special rate accommodation:
Some places in multiple bedrooms are available at a special rate (3.00 €/night per person) in the university residences. Please contact the Organising Committee if you want to book this type of accommodation.
